Acceptance of Terms
By using E-DAVINCI, you agree to these terms. E-DAVINCI is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers in Mozambique and Africa. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
Escrow Service
E-DAVINCI provides an escrow service to protect buyers. Payments are held until the buyer confirms receipt. Sellers must ship orders within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Disputes must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
User Accounts
You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Seller Obligations
Sellers must accurately represent their products, ship within the agreed timeframe, and maintain a minimum 4.0 rating. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension.
Prohibited Items
The following are prohibited on E-DAVINCI: counterfeit goods, illegal items, weapons, drugs, and items that violate intellectual property rights.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, contact our resolution team within 7 days. We will mediate between buyer and seller. Our decision is final for escrow releases.
