How to Return an Item
Initiate Return
Go to My Orders → select order → click 'Return Item'. Choose your return reason and add photos.
Seller Review (48 hrs)
The seller reviews your request. If accepted, you receive a return shipping label or address.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in original packaging where possible and ship within 3 days of approval.
Refund Processed
Once the seller confirms receipt and inspects the item, your refund is processed within 24 hours.
Eligible for Return
- Item is significantly different from the listing description
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item is counterfeit or not as advertised
- Item was not delivered within the extended timeframe
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after delivery
- Item matches description but buyer expected something different
- Digital goods, software licences, or downloads
- Perishable goods (food, plants)
- Customised or personalised items made to order
- Intimate or hygiene products once unsealed
